Welcome to Refindo. By downloading, installing, or using our software, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software.
1. License Grant
Refindo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the software in accordance with the terms of this agreement. This license is for your personal or internal business use only. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software unless expressly permitted by law.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Refindo does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that it will be able to recover all lost data. The success of data recovery depends on various factors, including the cause of data loss and the condition of the storage medium.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refindo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, loss of profits, or other commercial damages or losses, arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if Refindo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the software), and any copies of the software, are owned by Refindo. The software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
5. Termination
This license will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the software and destroy all copies of the software and all of its component parts.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our jurisdiction.
